At GlamGuard we want you to love your shower routine again. If GlamGuard isn't right for you, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll refund 100% of the product price, no questions asked.
How to request a return
- Email us at glamguard@outlook.es with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us: packages sent without instructions can't be accepted.
- Please return the remaining shields in their original packaging if possible.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost or send a replacement.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
