You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Products

GlamGuard shower shields are a beauty accessory designed to keep water and shampoo off your lashes and eye area while you shower. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an eye condition or have just had a cosmetic treatment, follow the aftercare instructions of your professional. Always follow the instructions included with the product.

We try to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GlamGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to every order placed after it's published.
